General TOS

The client must read, understand and agree to all terms. By entering a transaction, the client confirms that they have done this.
I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission prior to payment without explanation, and to cancel and refund commissions prior to completion without explanation.
Rude, inappropriate or offensive behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in declined, refunded or cancelled commissions and / or blacklisting.
Usage of my art in NFTs or other cryptocurrency / bitcoin-related transactions or projects is entirely forbidden.
Breaking these terms will result in declined, refunded or cancelled commissions and / or blacklisting.

Clients maintain ownership of owned characters, while I maintain ownership of the work itself.
Clients cannot sell merchandise featuring my work unless merchandising is specified as a part of the commission. Failure to follow this will result in blacklisting and cancellation of any pending transactions without refund.
I reserve the option to sell merchandise of commissions featuring fanart or public domain characters. I will not sell merchandise featuring original characters unless given permission to do so by the owner(s) of the characters.
I reserve the right to post my works to my social media and to use them in my portfolio, and will not claim the characters belong to me.
Clients may upload commissioned works to websites as long as proper credit (link or @) is clear and visible.
Using commissioned works as headers, avatars, or other means of profile decoration is permitted so long as credit (link or @) is clear and visible.
Please do not modify commissioned works without specific permission. Cropping or adding decoration for use as icons, headers, etc is permitted.

Clients will be asked to provide accurate billing and shipping information when applicable. Information given will be used solely for completion of the transaction and will not be shared with or sold to third parties.
Clients will be named and / or mentioned (via @) by default in the descriptions and / or captions of their commissioned works when they are posted. Please include whatever name or account name, twitter handle, etc. you wish to be associated with in the order form. If I already have your account name and you wish to remain anonymous, or use an alternate name or account, please mention this as well.

You will be receive an invoice for the project after I send you an initial sketch and any needed edits are made to that sketch, so you won't be asked to pay until I'm actively working on the project (depending on my workload, this may take a week or more).
You can request changes at this time; edits are included in the base price of each project. excessive additional changes will incur an extra charge. I will warn you of any extra charges before you commit to them.
The prices on the listings are base prices. I may charge more if a subject seems like it will be much more time consuming than average (due to a complicated design, costume, etc.). I will let you know of any price changes before I accept your order, and I won't start work until a price is agreed upon, so you'll always have the option to back out if the new price is out of your budget.
Payment is up-front, unless stated otherwise in the tier. Payment plans can be discussed on amounts exceeding $100.
Payment is done through Paypal invoice.
Refunds are not available once the commissioned work has been started.
Inappropriate usage of charge-backs may result in declined or cancelled commissions and / or blacklisting.
Cryptocurrency / bitcoin is not, and will never be, accepted as a form of payment.

Additionally, I reserve the right to refuse to draw a potential commission for any reason, even if it is not explicitly listed above.

Turnaround (or, how quickly your order will be completed) varies by listing type, but never exceeds a month under normal circumstances. If for any reason I think I'll need more time than that (outside of delays caused by me waiting for your feedback), I'll let you know.
- This is assuming that the project you order is similar in scope to the parameters of the listing you order from. If additions are made (extra images on a reference sheet, extra characters in an environment painting, etc) your project may take more than a month to complete.
- If you need an order in less than a month, feel free to contact me and I'll quote you a rate + rush fee. The fee will depend on the deadline you propose.
Do not claim a slot in my queue until you are ready to order. Unless I've agreed to it beforehand, I will deny projects that are submitted without the information I need to get started in an attempt to reserve a slot for later.
